FOR YOU.

Hey,

I'm so happy to write this 1st issue of The Newsletter…

Thank you for your trust.

People who trusted me at the beginning will always have a special place in my heart.

Airplane mode on my phone.

Smile on my face.

Laser-focus on sharing with you what I've learned in 2022.

Here we go:

2022 was one hell of a year…

Here are 27 lessons I've learned in 2022:

[1] Apply the 80/20 Rule (Pareto Principle).

Prioritize your tasks to be productive – not busy.

Avoid pseudo-productive work. EXAMPLES: • constantly checking e-mails, • constantly ordering and cleaning, • reading books without applying the knowledge.

[2] No phone 1 hour after waking up. You’ll be more focused and composed.

No phone 1 hour before sleep. The quality of your sleep will shoot up.

[3] The task you fear most is the task you should do first.

It’s your compass.

[4] Don’t miss twice.

It’s OK to sometimes miss a day… We’re not machines.

Make sure you get back on track ASAP.

You’re in a marathon, not a sprint.

[5] Growth isn’t linear.

Often times it’s exponential.

When all the small things that seemed irrelevant add up.

If you want to grow: • trust the process, • stay consistent, • learn from mistakes.

[6] SUPERPOWER of the 21st century is the ability to FOCUS.

Learn how to do that and you’ll double your productivity.

[7] The key to BETTER productivity is FEWER distractions.

TIPS TO STAY FOCUSED: • earplugs, • tell others you’re working, • clean your browser tabs and desktop, • airplane mode and put your phone in a different room.

[8] Lack of action consumes more energy than action.

Do the thing and free your mind from guilt.

[9] The more you wait, the more difficult it is to START…

It's terrifying.

The task you put off the most is the task you should do soonest possible.

[10] Good enough. Not perfect.

Perfectionism leads nowhere.

It's subjective.

It's like 'limit' in maths.

Maybe It's there but it's impossible to achieve it.

So done is better than perfect.

[11] Overcomplicating kills dreams.

The more you think, the less you do.

Because, by definition, it's impossible to do 2 things simultaneously.

So do more.

[12] Pessimists sound smart. Optimists get rich.

It's worth being an optimist. You'll be healthier and you'll live longer.

[13] SUCCESS = D + C + F

D for Discipline.

C for Clarity.

F for Focus.

[14] Drink when you're not thirsty. Eat when you're hungry.

Drink more water.

Don't overeat.

80% of your stomach is enough.

[15] Effects are sexy. But they don't exist without…

Mundane repetitive tasks you do every day.

Success is a habit.

Success is about what you do every day when no one's watching you.

[16] Spotlight Effect

You OVERESTIMATE how much other people concentrate on you.

People are too busy with their own lives.

It's liberating.

[17] Zeigarnik Effect

Unfinished tasks stuck in your head.

So in the evening make a to-do list for the next day.

You'll sleep like a baby.

[18] Parkinson Law

"Work expands to fill the time allotted for its completion".

You have 10 days to do something. You'll do it in 10 days.

You have 2 days to do something. You'll do it in 2 days.

Make tighter deadlines for yourself.

[19] Eat more protein.

Proteins satiate the most.

They're crucial for muscle growth.

You probably eat too less protein.

[20] Work in blocks.

90-120 minutes work blocks.

Pomodoro is too short – you won't enter the FLOW STATE.

[21] Breaks between work blocks.

During breaks, you mustn't think about work.

Do something that switches off your racing mind.

EXAMPLES: cleaning, walking, physical exercise, meditation.

[22] Life's short. But it's the longest thing you'll ever experience.

Cherish it.

[23] Strength training.

Ridiculous number of benefits.

Fall in love with lifting weights.

[24] Sunlight.

Get sun exposure EVERY DAY.

Rule of thumb: ≥ 15 minutes a day when it's sunny.≥ 30 minutes a day when it's cloudy.

[25] Relationships.

Spend more time with your close ones.

If you can't visit them, call them.

Life's about relationships.

[26] Build a plane as you fly it.

You learn by doing.

To achieve success in the business you need to be in the business.

Start.

Because it's the most important step.

[27] Action creates motivation.

Focus on action.

It'll generate results.

Results generate motivation.

Then it's easier to take action.

Positive loop.
